Most security failures involve people, not only systems. We read the human signals behind risk and help organisations act on them early.

Behavioural analysis addresses the human factors that frequently underpin privacy breaches and security failures. Drawing on behavioural science, we identify patterns of behaviour, communication inconsistencies, and indicators of undue influence, coercion or deception, always weighed within the wider context, environment and organisational dynamics.

It can be delivered as a standalone advisory function or integrated with technical assessment for a more complete understanding of risk. The discipline is not a search for certainty about any individual; it is a structured way of noticing what is inconsistent, and deciding what warrants a closer look.

One increasingly common application is the construction and fit-out of high-security facilities. The people with access to a sensitive environment while it is being built are rarely the people who will occupy it, and a facility can be compromised long before it is operational. Observing behaviour during that period, across government, defence and corporate projects, closes a gap that purely technical controls do not reach.
